Prevention is better than sure indeed!

Prevention is better than cure is a very old saying/ proverb but thinking about it really, it’s so true. As the Fortress, we have seen the transformation of every young mother that we rescue, rehabilitation and empower in different ways. However, in addition to that, we realize that we need to put an extra effort in prevention of teenange pregnancy, child marriage, Gender Based Violence and Abuse thus we are are executing trainings and empowerment to the girls at risk of the above vices in risky environments, in primary and secindary schools and ofcourse rural communitues.
We see fruit in this endeavor, and we are enciuraged to reach out to korr girld and biyd too!
While we reached out to this particular school afee dsys ago, i realised how naive some studnts are about issues of reproductive health, mentsl health and awareness in wjat you would think is quite obvious!
We spoke also about PURPOSE as we empower these young stars to focus their gaze on what they are gifted to do, the bigger picture of their future than propeling them beyoundvtheir present challenges and ficusing them to the greater heights ahead!!
Whst a brsutuful training it was!!
